This is an excellent secure dog field being far more than just a grassed walking area. There are bushes and trees and an agility area. There is also a picnic table for dry weather (which I hope we get soon) and a small human shelter. There is also a bin for poo bags and cold running water. You can park your car in an inner area which makes it safe getting your dogs in and out.
We've just visited Bells Barn for the first time. It's a beautiful spot that's clean and well maintained. There are bowls of fresh water for the dogs, and poo bins. Our Springer loved running around off lead and following all the new smells. A great, secure, and safe space to let your dogs play.
A very well kept field, perfect for an hour’s exercise off lead while my dog is in heat. She got to charge around with her friend, safe in the knowledge that she would not be hassled by any other dogs. She did manage to find the only muddy puddle to lie down in though! We will definitely be booking again and I would recommend to anyone in the local area needing a secure field.
Mine and a friends dogs just had the best time ever on the secure dog field. It was lovely to go somewhere and not have to worry about other dogs. Definitely will be booking regular slots
We took our boy here yesterday to enjoy a totally relaxed run & explore, to celebrate his ‘gotcha’ day - a year after rescuing him. Dougie is totally dog obsessed which can make off lead walks in public places quite stressful & intense. Being able to run and play with him in this brilliantly maintained space with no need to have our eyes peeled for other dogs the whole time was so much fun! We played hide and seek around the tree’s, practiced recall & other training, and felt totally safe. The fencing is really good quality & the field is very reasonably priced for the hour. Will definitely come again!
Having been on another private field, I have to say in comparison this field was great! The owner was nice enough to respond quickly and efficiently to queries. The field itself was easy to find, the instructions were easy to follow! We had a little brothers meet up for our dachshund pup and it went really smoothly, they loved it! Will definitely book the agility next time too, thank you!
First visit today and we loved it! We’ve been to many private dog walking places and this was by far the best. Well kept, table/chairs, water and waste bin provided. I love that I can book 1/2 hour or more as this suits me perfect having small dogs. Very secure and safe. My dogs loved it!! I’ve already booked again!! Thank you!
A great find for us. Our 2yr old jackador has 'selective' recall and wants to play with every dog she sees. Bells Barn provides the space to let her run around like a loony, tired herself out, all in a secure environment while we try and improve her recall. Field is a good size, different bits give her different smells. There's a couple of benches to sit at and throw her ball (repeatedly) and a hose and bowls for her to have a drink. Easy instructions regarding entry. Just great for us!
